Standardisation of carbon and water footprinting ensures a level playing field

Recently we talked to Dr Sarah McLaren and Dr Barbara Nebel about New Zealand's involvement in the development of new ISO Standards for carbon and water footprinting. These Standards will influence the labelling and marketing of New Zealand's export products in countries concerned about carbon emissions, water use, and the life cycle assessment of products.
