As part of our commitment to take our organisation from ‘good’ to ‘great’, we have commenced an exciting programme of transformation – this includes examining possible new structural options for our organisation to enable us to improve our sustainability. Our Statement of Intent supports the theme of transformation and provides a blueprint to achieve our goals. Once consultation with our staff has concluded, and the new structure has been endorsed by the Standards Council, I will write to advise you of the outcome so you are aware of any potential changes that may impact on your committee.
