Setting up your Online Library portfolio and subscription

Start by selecting a Standard or catalogue to buy on our webshop – enter the number or keyword in the search panel on the right of the screen, then click on the Standard you want to subscribe to from the list that appears.

To subscribe to a Standard, click on the shopping cart to the right of the Online Library purchase option.

You will then be prompted through a series of screens to provide your organisation and payment details. You can add more Standards during this process.

You will be asked to:

  • choose the number of concurrent users you need
  • set up the details (including username and password) for your Account Administrator
  • set up the log in details and generic Read-only username and password for your concurrent users
  • provide details about your organisation
  • confirm you have read and understood the Online Library Terms and Conditions
  • pay for your subscription.

These steps are outlined in more detail in the Online Library Getting started guide[PDF 2.5 MB]. We suggest you download and refer to the guide as you complete the process.

If you would like us to set up your Online Library portfolio, simply email or call us with a list of the Standards that you want to include in your Online Library portfolio, and the number of concurrent users. We will provide you with a quotation before setting up your portfolio and subscription.
