Transformers and power supplies for toys – revised Standard

Standards New Zealand has published a revised part for the Standard for Safety of power transformers, power supply units and similar, AS/NZS 61558.

AS/NZS 61558.2.7:2008 Particular requirements for transformers and power supplies for toys deals with safety aspects of transformers for toys, and power supplies incorporating transformers for toys, such as electrical, thermal, and mechanical safety. It will supersede AS/NZS 61558.2.7:2001 on 31 October 2010.
