Allied health and accident and medical clinics – scoping workshops

Standards New Zealand recently held scoping workshops to conduct a high level review of the Allied health services sector Standard, NZS 8171:2005, and the Accident and medical clinic Standard, NZS 8151:2004.

A technical working group for each Standard is discussing whether the Standards are still relevant, and whether the Standards would benefit from a formal revision in the near future.  If the working groups recommend a revision of either or both Standards, we will call for nominations to the development committees, and seek feedback from stakeholders.
