AS/NZS 3973:2009 Shower/toilet chairs (mobile and static)

Specifies materials, construction, performance and labelling requirements for chairs which are intended for use in showers and toilets. It covers requirements for mobile shower/commode chairs, static commode chairs and stools, and static chairs and stools for use in showers. It does not cover use in swimming pools or other corrosive environments.

Comments: Comments: The Pharmacy services Standard committee met for the third time on 30 June and 1 July 2009 to develop the content for the Standard. The draft is near completion for its eight-week public comment period at the beginning of August. The Pharmacy services Standard will ensure that consumers are clear about their rights and providers are clear about their responsibilities for good and safe outcomes.
