Comments: Public comment closed on November 4, 2011 and over 400 submissions were received. There was overwhelming support for the changes made to the Standard and many called for the Standard to be made mandatory. Committee members did not have sufficient time to complete the review at the meeting. The review will continue over the next two weeks and a telephone conference will be called to complete this activity before a final draft is prepared for committee approval and ballot.
